Information we collect
We collect the following categories of personal information:
- Contact-form submissions. When you use our contact form, we collect the information you provide — typically your name, email address, company or channel name, your role, the nature of your inquiry (brand or creator), an approximate budget or rate range, and the content of your message.
- Email and direct correspondence. If you email us or otherwise communicate with us, we collect your email address, your name, and the contents of your messages and any attachments.
- Analytics and usage data. When you visit the Site, we and our analytics provider automatically collect technical information such as your IP address (which may be truncated or anonymized), browser type, device type, referring URLs, pages viewed, and approximate location derived from your IP address.
- Cookies and similar technologies. We use cookies and similar technologies as described in our Cookie Policy.
We do not knowingly collect special categories of sensitive personal information, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.
How we use your information
We use personal information for the following purposes:
- To respond to your inquiries and communicate with you about a potential or existing engagement.
- To provide, operate, and manage our services, including curating creators, conducting outreach, and managing campaigns on behalf of brand customers.
- To send business and transactional communications relevant to a deal or relationship you have initiated.
- To operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Site, including measuring traffic and understanding how visitors use the Site.
- To protect against fraud, abuse, and security threats, and to enforce our terms.
- To comply with legal obligations and to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Lawful bases for processing (GDPR)
Where the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation applies, we rely on the following lawful bases:
- Consent — for non-essential cookies and analytics where consent is required, and for any optional communications.
- Performance of a contract / steps prior to a contract — to respond to your inquiry and to provide services you request.
- Legitimate interests — to operate and secure the Site, understand and improve how it is used, and conduct our business, balanced against your rights and interests.
- Legal obligation — where we must process information to comply with applicable law.
How we share your information
We share personal information only as needed and with the following categories of recipients:
- Service providers / processors acting on our instructions, including:
- Website hosting and deployment (e.g., Vercel) to serve the Site.
- Analytics (e.g., Vercel Analytics) to measure Site usage.
- Email and form delivery (e.g., Resend) to receive and route contact-form submissions and correspondence.
- Spam and abuse prevention (e.g., Google reCAPTCHA) to protect the contact form.
- Professional advisers such as lawyers, accountants, and auditors, where reasonably necessary.
- Authorities and other parties where required by law, to comply with legal process, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
- In a business transfer — if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.
We do not sell personal information for money or other valuable consideration.
International transfers
We are based in the United States, and our service providers may process personal information in the United States and other countries. Where we transfer personal information from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland to a country that has not been deemed to provide an adequate level of protection, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, or another lawful transfer mechanism. You may request a copy of the relevant safeguards by contacting us.
Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, including to respond to your inquiry, manage an engagement, and meet legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. Contact-form submissions and correspondence are generally retained for the duration of any resulting relationship and for a reasonable period afterward. Analytics data is retained in accordance with our analytics provider’s standard retention periods. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
